Major October Update: AI Features, Admin Redesign & Mobile AI

SpeechLive adds multi-document AI requests, a reorganized administration section, reorganized multi-speaker speech recognition, speech recognition settings moved to admin, mobile AI features, and Desktop App autostart.

Web App

Improved SpeechLive AI features

Users are now able to request multiple AI documents. For example, after they received a smart transcript, they can additionally request summary & insights or any other AI document of the same dictation. With any AI generated document, users will always receive the original transcript.

Reorganized administration section

The administration section has been redesigned with a clean, intuitive sidebar that places all menu options within easy reach. This layout makes it easier for administrators and office managers to navigate the administration settings of SpeechLive efficiently and with greater clarity.

Reorganized multi-speaker speech recognition

The multi-speaker function was moved to the send to speech recognition menu, where users can select the number of speakers before sending it to speech recognition. This harmonizes the user experience on all platforms from mobile to web.

Reorganized speech recognition settings

We moved some speech recognition settings, including speech recognition history and on/off controls, to the administration area. This way admin tools are kept in one place for easier and quicker access.

Mobile App 2.0.5 (iOS) / 2.0.7 (Android)

SpeechLive AI features for mobile users

Users can now send their dictations directly from the Mobile App to all SpeechLive AI features, such as smart transcript or summary & insights. This way they can access powerful AI tools while on the go, without needing to switch devices or wait until they're back at their desk.

Desktop App 3.8.0 (Windows, Mac)

Autostart feature

The Desktop App now includes a built-in auto-start feature. This means the app will automatically launch when the user starts their computer, no need to remember to launch it manually. Users can easily turn this option on or off from the app's settings. We recommend removing any prior auto-start entries before using the built-in auto-start feature of the app.
